What does the lecture cover? The lecture is an integral part of the training for any visible emissions observer. Levelton's lecture includes an introduction to the proper techniques required for successful visible emissions observations and uses experienced lecturers, visual aids, and training manuals to provide the student with all of the information necessary to perform valid observations. Levelton's goal is to give the student the confidence that once "certified" in the field, he or she will also be "qualified" to properly implement the method.
