Building Science

The Building Science specialists at Levelton have been helping property owners maintain and improve their property values since 1980. Our professional staff can diagnose problems related to water ingress, and can design and assist in the implementation of comprehensive repair strategies to restore the value of the property. We also provide consulting services for new construction, to avoid such problems at the design stage. We work with the design team to ensure the proper integration of the envelope design with the architectural, mechanical, electrical and other aspects of new buildings.

Levelton is a member in good standing with the Roofing Consultants Institute (RCI) and the BC Building Envelope Council (BCBEC). Our observers are also certified by the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC).
